Welcome to our roastery in Longyearbyen, Svalbard. We roast small-batch coffee with care and when not running in the mountains, we are celebrating the distinct flavors and different coffee styles in the high arctic.
We’ve moved into a new space where you can see the roaster in action, join tastings, and learn what makes a roastery function.
Still a lot of work to come, but we are excited about the future. Soon you come and pick up your coffee at the roastery and chat with the person who made it for you.
